I’ve worked at many salons in my life and was always intrigued by their high frequency machines. Every time I had a breakout I’d go to one of the spa rooms and zap away. Now I’m older and instead of trying to zap pimples I’m more focused on preventing fine lines/wrinkles. The Internet is hit or miss… you never really know what you are going to get until it’s in your hand. I don’t know how this one compares to a professional one (it’s been years since I’ve used one professionally) but this is amazing… and powerful! So start on a low setting and slowly go up. Especially in sensitive areas. Also… give it a few seconds to warm up. When it’s fully activated the wand turns purple. I turn off the lights to make sure it’s on and then use it. I took a picture in the dark so you can see how it should look when it’s activated.
